Kualifikasi :

- Minimum 1-2 years experience in HR / People Operations.
- Experience in recruitment and HR SOP development.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.

Job Descriptions :
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, screening, interviews, hiring)
- Develop and implement HR SOPs, policies, and internal procedures
- Manage employee onboarding and training programs
- Monitor employee performance and assist with KPI development
