Kualifikasi :
- Male or female, aged 23–28 years.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality or a similar service-related role.
- Positive attitude with an outgoing, confident, and approachable personality.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and non-verbal communication, and negotiation skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
- Able to remain calm under pressure with strong problem-solving skills.
- Committed to guest satisfaction and consistent follow-up.
- Well-presented and professionally groomed at all times.
- Able to join as soon as possible is preferred.
