- Strong knowledge of Indonesian cuisine
- Good understanding of pastry
- Able to lead and develop the kitchen team
- Strong attention to consistency, quality & cleanliness
Barista :
- Experience in coffee & beverage service
- Good communication and hospitality skills
- Willing to learn and grow
- Team player with attention to detail
Kitchen Staff :
- Experience in kitchen operations is a plus.
- Basic understanding of food preparation & hygiene.
