- Understand guest needs, seating flow, and basic table arrangement

- Familiar with reservation handling and waiting list management
- Able to create a positive first impression and comfortable guest experience
- Willing to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- Able to coordinate with servers, bar, kitchen, and management team
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints politely and professionally
Server :
- Male/female.
- Minimum 2 years of work experience as a server or waitstaff in a restaurant, café, or hotel.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage menus (F&B knowledge).
- Strong communication skills, friendly, courteous, and professional in guest interaction.
- Willing to work in a shift system, including weekends and public holidays.
- Well-groomed, neat, and professional in appearance at all times.
- Familiar with upselling techniques and service etiquette.
- Welcome and serve guests in accordance with SOP service standards.
- Take and record guest orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve food and beverages in line with established SOPs.
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the dining area at all times.
- Handle guest complaints professionally and provide appropriate solutions.
Barista :
- Male/female
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience
- Maximum age 30 years old
- Willing to work in a shift system, including weekends and public holidays
- Able to provide excellent customer service and maintain cleanliness standards in accordance with SOP
- Proficient in operating espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment
- Skilled in brewing techniques: espresso, pour-over, cold brew, French pres Latte art ability (basic to intermediate level)
