Kualifikasi :
- Male candidates are preferred, aged 23–32 years old.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the Food & Beverage industry, with at least 2 years in a similar role (minimum Bar Supervisor or Head Bar).
- Strong leadership and team management skills, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
- Proven experience in coffee product development, menu engineering, and beverage program management.
- Strong knowledge of coffee beans, brewing methods, espresso techniques, and beverage trends.
- Experience in inventory management, stock control, beverage costing, and budget management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to monitor costs, identify variances, and improve profitability.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for hospitality, guest satisfaction, and continuous improvement.
- Must be well-presented and professionally groomed at all times.
