Kualifikasi:
- Strong leadership, managerial skills and communication skills.
- Have at least 2 years extensive experience as Food & Beverages Manager in restaurant.
- Comprehensive understanding of F&B operations, including P.O.S revenue performance, operation efficiency & vendor relations.
- Effectively handling pressure & conflict with a calm attitude and solution-oriented approach.
- Flexibility to work various shift.
- Passion for delivering excellent customer service and creating memorable experiences for guests.
- Innovative mindset with the ability to implement new ideas & strategy to enhance F&B operations & customer satisfaction.
- Knowledgeable and aware of local competition and industry trends.
