Headbarista :
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a barista or in a similar role within a coffee, cafe, or restaurant setting is required.
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience, such as a Shift Leader or Head Barista, is crucial.
- Deep knowledge of specialty coffee, including understanding coffee beans, roasting profiles, and various brewing methods (espresso, manual brewing), is essential.
- Ability to manage daily operations, ensure consistent quality in beverage preparation, and set up and maintain.
- Experience with inventory management, stock rotation, ordering, and maintaining quality control over all bar operations.
- Capability to train, motivate, and lead a team of junior baristas, manage shift schedules, and delegate tasks effectively.
Barista :
- Passionate about F&B Business, especially in Product & Services.
- Experience preferred, 1 year minimum of working in the industry.
- Willingness to learn and improve.
- Good listening, communication skill, and teamwork skill.
- Good attitude & good attention to detail.
- Professional in terms of appearance and approach.
- The ability to take responsibility & commitment to develop together with the team.
- Passion for hospitality and coffee culture is a plus.
