Kualifikasi :
- Male candidates are preferred, aged 23–32 years old.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Bar Captain or Bar Supervisor in a bar, lounge, or nightclub.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team in daily operations.
- Solid knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, beer, and standard bartending practices.
- Understanding of inventory management, stocktaking, and cost control.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with both guests and team members.
- Able to perform well under pressure, especially during peak operating hours.
- Professional appearance with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Willing to work night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
